2017 SPRING TUTORING IS NOW AVAILABLE
Tutoring appointments can be scheduled on campus or at community locations, such as a public library. To schedule an appointment, please contact your counselor.
We encourage students to utilize this service as they work on school assignments and prepare for state and SAT/ACT exams!

LIFT provides students tours of campuses, meetings with admissions representatives, and opportunities for on-the-spot college acceptance.College tours offer students visits to elite Universities, competitive liberal arts colleges, and prestigious HBCUs.

About Pre-College Programs
Pre-College Programs in Undergraduate Studies is a federally funded TRIO Program comprised of the Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math and Science Programs. TRIO programs provide education services to low-income and/or first-generation college bound students in an effort to address economic and social barriers to higher-education.
97% Retention Rate: Our students consistently return from year to year.
93% College Enrollment Rate: Our graduates attend colleges like Harvard, Howard, Johns Hopkins, Morehouse, NYU, Ohio State, St. John's, Syracuse, Temple, Towson, University of Maryland, UNC, UPenn, and UVA.
96% Persistence Rate: Our students remain enrolled in college from year to year.
Upward Bound Upward Bound (UB) offers students academic and career counseling to assist with admission and completion of a 4 yr college/university degree.
UB provides oprotunities for students to develop robust academic, cultural, social skills while gaining confidence.
UB consists of two components:
(1) A six-week residential experience that provides mathematics, science, composition and reading, foreign language, and study skills instruction.
(2) Academic year Saturday Academy, which offers academic instruction, tutoring, college and career counseling, social and cultural opportunities.
